Outgoing Swift Messages are not acknowledged in swift due to padding of special character after each line in message (Doc ID 2897914.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After patch set upgrade to FCUBS 14.3.0.11.0 and OBPM 14.5.0.4.0, Swift message are padded with special character and thus not gets acknowledged in SWIFT server

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After patch set upgrade to FCUBS 14.3.0.11.0 and OBPM 14.5.0.4.0,  Swift message should not be padded with special character and should get acknowledged in SWIFT server successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restore production image of any date after patch set upgrade
2. Book cross border OBPM contract
3. Check whether the contract is acknowledged in SWIFT server

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer funds.

Changes

Business user need to visit MSDMEDMT and uncheck 'Padding Required' checkbox if special characters are not required to pad in swift message.
