Symptoms

While performing view outward guarantee transaction following error occurs

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in Corporate User -> Go to -> Menu
2. Go to bank Guarantee -> Go to outward Bank Guarantee
3. Trade Finance View bank Guarantee-> Click on any Bank guarantee records.
