After authorization RT Transaction still appears in pending queue (Doc ID 2897936.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When override ST-LM113 appears, maker has to approve twice, only then the transaction gets completed. Else it continues to show in pending queue of maker if authorize once.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When override ST-LM113 appears, transaction should get completed for maker on approving once. Not required to approve twice.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch 1401,
2. Provide the necessary details of deposit.
3. Click on save, system is pop up the ELCM validation message ST-LM113.
4. after accepting the override transaction saved successfully.
5. Authorizer approved the transaction.
6. Upon authorization, system displayed the message- authorized successfully with new overrides
7. Transaction assigned back to Maker and it is in Pending queue.
8. Again Maker resubmitted the transaction, assigned for authorization.
9. Now once officer approves the transaction, its completed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, maker need to approve twice which is more work to end user.

Changes

Application changes released to filter duplicate error codes so RT transaction gets authorized first time if no new overrides during auth.
