ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Branding is not correctly applied to help panel. Help panel is showing for entire screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Help panel should be available for specific length.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Maintain Brand for help panel.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect UI experience is visible to user.
