On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

MT 320 not getting generated, is being REPAIRED

We are unable to generate MT 320 confirmation messages

MS-00023A - Message cannot be Generated for this DCN



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Book a MM Contract
2. Generate the MT320 Swift on Authorization

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate the MT320

Changes

 MM contract is booked by capturing the account number under Beneficiary with Institution for both Party A and Party B.
