Unable to Amend Child TD
Getting the error message when trying to authorize an amended child TD account -
Below child TDs are created by system during EOD. Applied_exchange_rate , original_exchange_rate field values are null in ictm_tdpayin_details during Child TD creation. But system expecting values during modification of TD.

ST-AMND-003 : "Applied FX Rate , Original FX rate cannot be modified "
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From STDCUSTD screen, query a child TD record
2. Unlock and modify the TD and verify if it is getting saved successfully without any errors

Due to this issue, users cannot modify the child TD record
