OBPM incoming message issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should have processed all the transactions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload incoming swift messages to OBPM
2. Check if accounting is posted for all the contracts


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transaction is processed with success status but no accounting is posted for 3 out of 22 transactions
