INFRA : Unable to Login After FCUBS PS deployment (Doc ID 2898624.1)

On : version, Production Support-SET

Bank is doing a deployment of base EAR file in flexcube application server .
We are not able to login to flexcube after the deployment .

As per logs it is giving error on txn_common_data_template.xml (no such file or directory)
