Hook required To generate alert to backoffice users if any transaction is going to any backoffice 

Requirement : To generate alert to backoffice users if any transaction is going to any backoffice queue
Description : Whenever a transaction goes to any backoffice queue in OBP, requirement is to send alert to backoffice users registered for that queue event. To achieve this we need a hook at common place from where we can post the request to custom alert queue from where we can add code to send alert to backoffice users. Hook is required for book transfer/RTGS/Cross border payments.
