Symptoms
When attempting to view the Upcoming Payments Inquiry details for account which does not have data, application does not display a proper message,
following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Payments-->Inquiries-->Upcoming Payment Status Inquiry
3. Search for the account which does not have any data
