Not Able to Upload .docx And .zip File from Attachments Tab on Initiate Bills Screen for Trade Finance

Symptoms
While trying to initiate bills for Letter of Credit it is observed that .DOCX and .ZIP files are not getting uploaded as an attachment from the Attachments tab on Initiate Bills screen and give below errors.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
Unable to process request.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Export Letter of Credit > Initiate Bills.
3. Click on Initiate Bills and fill up the required details.
4. Go the the Attachments tab and try to upload .zip or .docx file.
