ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After OBPM patch set upgrade to 14.5.0.4.0, for FX deal MT 202 message does not generated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After OBPM patch set upgrade to 14.5.0.4.0, for FX deal MT 202 message should get generated successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restore production image of any date after OBPM patch set upgrade to 14.5.0.4.0
2. Book new FX deal contract to sell FJD currency
3. Check MT202 message generated successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see MT202 message.

Changes

 Application changes released to introduce new parameter in 14.5.0.4.0 to allow MT202 generation in FX contract as per same flow in 14.5.0.1.0 if Account with Institution and Receiver are same.
