Symptoms
When attempting to initiate Outward Bank Guarantee (BG), on the charges tab,
following error occurs.
ERROR

Invalid length for X char set field
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward Guarantee
3. On Guarantee Details page, select New radio button for beneficiary, fill all the mandatory details and land on the charges tab
