ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BCDTRONL Outstanding Collateral Amount under Details tab, is not being properly updated after partial liquidation.

The value is not updated properly in the Details screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Amount should reflect the partial amount paid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call Import Bill where margin is already taken in Import Bill Margin [Transferred from LC margin at the time of bill initiation]
2. Put liquidation and execute a partial liquidation and save. System will show proper outstanding margin amount
  [Total Margin - Proportional margin taken for the partial liquidation]
3. Unlock the bill again and save. The outstanding import bill margin amount is not showing properly.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the correct amount of Outstanding margin on screen
