On : 11.5 version, Production Support-SET

Error while making manual payment MLIQ fro CL contract

While making manual payment for CL contract, system has given error.
The system was recovering the amount through ALIQ event for the said account up to June2022 (From May 21 to June22).
The system has automatically stopped the same though the CASA account is having sufficient balance.

Before replacement l_Param --> ORA-01403: no data found

clpkpayment--> Failed In W-O of fn_do_mliq_for_an_acc -->SQLERRM: ORA-01403: no data found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Loan account like the reported one.
2. Try to do Manual payment.
3. Check the errors.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to do MLIQ for the reported account.
