Scoring Editor is not working properly for FCCM 8111

Symptoms
While editing scores for a jurisdiction in scoring editor through UI facing below 2 problems :-
1) Unchecking of a score doesn't work. Ever after uncheck of a score, the rule doesn't become editable.
2) While editing any score and try to save it. It throws a message :-
You have changed the logic in the Scoring Rule Editor and not clicked Refresh. Please set the desired parameters in the Scoring Rule Editor, click the Refresh button, and then click the Save button.
