On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For interactions, all records are having same message details & Customer Name is blank


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display correct customer id in message details and customer name should be displayed properly


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to ITDINTRN screen query for interaction message for particular customer
2. Check for interaction message
3. For all records system is showing same message details & Customer Name is blank

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Incorrect customer id and blank customer name is displayed.
