ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer need to An account statement to be printed with the header that has some information like opening balance, closing balance and others even if there is no transaction for the filter criteria.
Download Button is disabled if there is not txn.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Download Button should be disabled if there is not txn.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into obdx by retail/corpuser
2. go to account statement choose such period in which there is no transaction present
3. download button will be disabled
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download statement if there is no transaction present for specific period.
Changes
No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
