 Reallocation of Funds related accounting entries are not triggered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The reallocation related accounting entries to be generated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ICEOD
2. Verify the reallocation.

Due to this issue, the reallocation entries are not triggered.
