Status of the structure is displayed as "Active" for a closed NP structure

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status of the closed NP structure should not be Active.Agreed with Bank label to be changed to " Structure Validity Status"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBLM application.
2. Navigate to Account structure screen and query the NP structure which is closed.
3. Click on View and check if NP structure details are displayed.
4. Check the status of the structure.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to understand the difference on structure status and record status.
