ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Internal SI booked from External system created with booking date and Instruction Date as Null

When a Book transfer SI is created from External system (Online banking), the booking date and Instruction is created with Null values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a Book transfer SI is created from External system (Online banking), the booking date and Instruction date should get auto defaulted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a book transfer SI from external system
2. Verify if instruction date and book date is populated in the created SI
