ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

when accounts loaded through conversion process Timestamp not captured for creation date and last_updated_date fields.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Time stamp should as on process date for creation date and last_updated_date fields
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate the data through the API process
2. After migration verify the creation date and last_updated_date from all the tables
3. For some tables system just assigning the date without time stamp
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Incorrect time stamp causing audit issues
