Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user sets the password policy that accepts Spanish characters in the password, then the user changes the password from the mobile application not able to add characters to the password.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should also set the password as per the password policy from mobile.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the mobile application.
2. Login into the app as a retail or corporate user.
3. From My Preference ->Change password.
