Symptoms
When attempting to add the Name on the Card filled with Spanish characters,
the following error occurs.

Please enter a valid name.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the application.
2. Login into the application.
3. CASA->Apply For New Debit Card
4. Enter the value for Name on Card with Spanish character.
