Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User want to apply cheque book in system but during save, system show error "CA-00205 Invalid Cheque Book, Stop Payment Issued Against Cheque's for Some Other Account".
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should verify the cheque number and proceed with transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue cheque book
2. Save and authorize.
