Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Multiple records displayed in Interest Accrual screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not display multiple entries for the same Dr/Cr accrual amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBLM application.
2. Go to Interest accrual monitor screen.
3. Query the structure ID.
4. View the records displayed
