ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

As per google guidelines, the app needs to be generated with a target SDK of 31, however, when the target is changed to SDK to 31, the application build is failing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As per google guidelines when the target SDK is got as 31 application build should work.
