ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

the Checker time stamp is not matched with the Actual Checker time stamp. its having 30 mins difference
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The checker time stamp should match with Actual Time stamp
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do the transaction outbound cross border transaction
2. Authorize the same
3. Checker the Time stamp for the Checker time stamp
4. Its not matched with the actual time
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot exactly get the authorization time stamp
