On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to extend the bank guarantee contract
the following error occurs.

EL-PRDES-01 - Product xxx restricted at facility level
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract to extended.
2. Ensure mismatch in the lien linkages between main and summary tables.
3. Try to extend the bank guarantee contract.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot extend the bank guarantee contract and contract may become overdue.
