Data movement into the following FCC tables is not correct:
fcc_party_party_rlshp_evnt
FCC_PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP

Data from the PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP.RLSHP_DESC (which is a 255 character field) is being mapped to RLSHP_TYPE_CD (which is a 20 character field) in the FCC tables listed above and is causing an error due to the data exceeding the size in the RLSHP_TYPE_CD field:
Error: ORA-12899: value too large for column "OFSAAATM"."FCC_PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP"."RLSHP_TYPE_CD" (actual: 24, maximum: 20)
