"Please Enter Valid Touch Point Id." Error Is Displayed While Creating Touch Point (Doc ID 2902794.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create touch point, the following validation error occurs on touch point maintenance screen for touch point id.

ERROR
-----------------------
Please enter valid Touch Point id.
Enter 20 or fewer characters, not more.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to Authorization and Access Controls Menu > Touch Point Maintenance > Create
2. Enter details in Touch Point Id. Eg:f2421325-a49b-4d0f-896f-980f65123807
3. Error is displayed.
