ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OB BRANCH: Cash remittance issue by account, system is not placing any ECA block on the account
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should place ECA block on the account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open screen Cash remittance issue by account
2) Key in the details and submit
3) System show message txn is sent to pending status.
But We don't see any ECA block on the CASA for the debit account.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System is not placing any ECA block on the account
Changes
Changes done to ensure ECA processing happens during the first submit followed by OBPM handoff and accounting.
