Mismatch In Latest ESN When Non-authorized UDE Transaction Is Deleted (Doc ID 2902842.1)

Data related to latest event_seq_no and event_code are not in sync in the following tables :

LCTB_CONTRACT_MASTER (event_seq_no and curr_event_code)
CSTB_CONTRACT (latest_event_seq_no and event_code) and CSTB_CONTRACT_EVENT_LOG (event_seq_no and curr_event_code).

This mismatch is coming when user is deleting saved UDE transaction instead of authorizing the same.
