ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PAID OFF Accounts from Legacy system should not be reported to credit bureau. This is not happening and causing performance issue(CBUUTL_BJ_100_02 batch job).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

PAID OFF Accounts from Legacy system should not be reported to credit bureau. System should have a facility to mark such accounts and to avoid performance issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Migrate a paid off account from legacy through Web service
  2. Check whether this account is getting picked up when CBUUTL_BJ_100_02 batch job runs
