Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

2FA Process the information notification as ERROR in case of two-level of authentication required

Bank raised a concern in case of any transaction enabled with two levels of authentication then the system showed a message as an ERROR popup with "Authentication required!" after first level of authentication completed by customer. As per Bank business comments, it should be information type and Not Error type. This is confusing the customer that it is a error and not a good user experience. Bank want to change this as INFORMATION type.

The message should show as Information.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx
2. Perform a transaction for Two-level authentication is set.
3. Initiate a payment and enter one level of OTP and see the message "Authentication required"

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, ERROR popup with "Authentication required!"
