GEDFACLT - Utilization Getting Wrong If We Do Not Refresh the GEDFACLT Screen Before Modify (Doc ID 2906354.1)

Symptoms

 1) GEDFACLT – fetch one facility which is linked to a loan account – facility is not utilized at this time – limit amount is 10000, Utilization is 0

2) Leave this GEDFACLT screen in background, with the facility fetched as it is.
Do not Close it and perform a Disbursement of 1000 from loan which is linked to this facility.
Utilization of 1000 has happened in the tables of the facility – in GETM_FACILITY

3) GEDFACLT – now go on the screen of the facility as it has been left on the background and unlock- increase the facility amount and approved amount from 10000 to 11000 and save.
On this screen the utilization is still 0 – since the screen was not refreshed after the Utilization which has happened on the previous step.

4) Check the GEDFACLT screen:
The utilization shows as 0. The utilization is not present in GEDFACLT screen and tables any longer.
System reset to 0 because 0 was there in the screen where we have done the Facility Modify.

Expected result:
System should not reset the value of the utilization, available amount.
During facility modify, whatever fields have been changed from some other screen/WS.
Should not be affected, if we do not refresh the screen when performing Facility Modify from GEDFACLT screen
