Message for Missing Data Is Not Displayed for Bank Tab under View Import Letter of Credit (Doc ID 2906754.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In view letter of credit(LC) message for missing data is not displayed for bank tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In case data is not available for a banks tab under view letter of credit screen then a proper message should be displayed as no additional banks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance > View import Letter of Credit > click on LC number > On screen details shown > click on Banks tab
3. Check for any message in case data is not there.
