FCCM 8.0.2: Installation Of Patch 8.0.2.0.130 Fails (Doc ID 2906840.1)

Symptoms

Client is upgrading from 8.0.2 to 8.1.1.1. As part of the upgrade, existing 8.0.2 was cloned to the new server to then do the upgrade to 8.1.1.1.

Installing patch 8.0.2.0.130 as part of the upgrade and the patch fails.
Patch fails with the error Invalid User Name / Password.
