Symptoms
When attempting to download bank guarantee, the following error occurs.

On Screen : System cannot process the request, please try again later
In Logs : (Location of error unknown)org.xml.sax.SAXException: Can not resolve namespace prefix: java Oct 20, 2022 1:04:43 PM com.ofss.digx.appx.provider.exception.RuntimeExceptionMapper toResponse SEVERE: RuntimeException thrown by a REST service. Returning HTTP status code Internal Server Errorjava.lang.NullPointerException at org.apache.xalan.transformer.TransformerImpl.createSerializationHandler(TransformerImpl.java:1139)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1.Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance >>Bank Guarantee>>Outward Bank Guarantee>>View Bank Guarantee
3. Click on 'Download'.
