PMSPNSPS Screen - Transaction Status and Queue Code not updated (Doc ID 2907868.1)

Goal

When booking transactions from SPS screen that go to exception queue, the system is updating the SPS Transaction Status field as Exception, however the SPS Queue Code is null.
Expectation is the system to also update the Queue Code, in which the transaction can be found.
Also when booking transactions from SPS screen, that are successfully processed, system is no updating the SPS Transaction Status as Processed as expected.
