Symptoms

 Upgrading GL Recon from 8.0.7 to 8.1. Then tried to run the mandatory one-off patches for AAI v8.1.0.1.0 as part of pre-requisites. The patch is failing to run by giving an error 

OFSAAIUpdateBuild.log:

BUILD FAILED
/cloudfs/install/download/ofsaDev/08_GLRCN81000_p31498038/31498038/apply.xml:96: /cloudfs/install/download/ofsaDev/08_GLRCN81000_p31498038/31498038/31498038/JAVA7/OFSAA.out doesn't exist
