Symptoms
The following issues were observed
1. Plato orch Service was not in active state .
2. Service Consumer screen was not getting launched.
3. In Open Vault Batch the Total Value for each Denomination is not calculating.
4. Advice was not getting generated.
5. Business Task Screen for EOD getting in hang state.
Changes
Bank has deployed the patch set 14.5.0.4.0 (FCUBS + OBPM + OBBRN + OBTM + OBTF) . Earlier Bank were in patch set 14.5.0.1.0 with all products.
