ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer and account address details passed as xxxxx instead of actual name and address because of PII feature
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract should be created with proper customer name and address details in OBPM
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Set PII as OFF for user
Create sweep which will result in payment contract in OBPM
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the details of name and address passed
