Error-'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.' Observed on Clicking 'Bill Reference Number' Hyperlink in 'View Bill' Screen (Doc ID 2908274.1)

When attempting to click on 'Bill Reference Number' hyperlink in 'View Bill' screen,
the following error occurs.

'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to 'Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > View Bill'
3. Observe the mentioned error on clicking the 'Bill Reference Number' hyperlink
