STDCULND - Unable To Locate Client In Flexcube If Searching By Name (Doc ID 2908378.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to locate client in Flexcube if searching by name

Business recently set up a new client. However, if they try and search for him by his name or surname, it does not show in Flexcube.
If they serach by 'Customer Full Name' inserting «c% Flexcube is not showing this record in the list of findings.
But if they serach by 'Customer Full Name' inserting the complete name it finds him.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to search the customer by using parital name as well

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In customer Landing page, search a customer using customer full name and by giving his partial name click on search
2. Verify if system populates all the list of customer matching that name.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search the customer with partial name.
