ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to authorize other branch Liability maintenance.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to auth the liability maintenance of other branch
 

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login branch 001 and create a liability in GEDMLIAB.
2. Login to branch 002 and try to authorize.
3. System throws 'CRSBRN-AUTH' error.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorise the liability from different branch
