Business Start Date and GL Date moving to next day before Critical Job Completion (Doc ID 2908732.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Business Start Date & GL Date Flip - Not waiting for Critical Job Completion

The GL Date Flip is happening even before the critical jobs are completed. Business Start Date Job/Scheduler is not waiting for the Critical Jobs Completion. Please see the attached example.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected: SET-WYNEPILOGUE – This is a critical job
GL date (Business date) flip has to wait till all the critical jobs are completed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the EOD at 4.30 PM or just before the JSC_START_OF_BUSINESS_TIME value(0500) .
2. Check whether GL date is moved to next business day before BOD is started
3. Check whether SET-WYNEPILOGUE status is completed
