Error Getting rates for the Period in MMDTRONL MMPR/MMDR

System throws error while clicking on Interest tab or clicking on Save button while inputting RFR contract in MMDTRONL.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From MMDTRONL input a MM contract for MMPR/MMDR (RFR Product)
2. Fill in the required details and save the record
3. Verify if the contract is created and authorized successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a RFR MM contract
