OBDX 19.2.0.9.0 - TRANSACTION COUNT REST SERVICE FAILS
When we login to viewer/checker user in the UAT2, checker and Viewer user login giving "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." error and the dashboard does not load properly due to this.
