ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After CAMD authorization the charges applied to event VAMB, are collected during event CAMD.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
During CAMD charges should not be collected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loan account creation
2. CAMD to loan
